The Beauty of the Rock!!

Is hard to me choice an activity because I like do many things in my free time, for example practice sports like tennis table, soccer and tennis, and show good movies, but in my daily live one of my favourites activities are listen rock music.
From many time ago, the music is important in my daily life, when I was 17 years old I singing in a rock band called Funktasma, but the time is severe and any member of the band take your own way. In the present day (sadly) my time of rock star is over and only the good moment left in my memories.

Normally I listen music any day of the week, sometimes I listen music in the way from my house and the university, or simply on the peace of my house. I listen music from when I was 11 years old, that is to say, 10 years of my life I enjoy rock music every day. I started because my old brother listen music any day, Latin rock, like to “Los Prisioneros” or “Soda Estereo”.

Some of my favourite bands are: La Renga, Edguy, Avantasia, Thunder, SkidRow and Angra.

I enjoy this activity because for a moment I left this world and travel to the world of the rock and the beauty of the “guitar solo”.

Bolivia climate change talks to give poor a voice.

Rafael Quispe is an aymara indigenous leader, who is preparing to go to Cochabamba for the World People's Conference on Climate Change. All the World are expected to attend what is being called the "Woodstock" of climate change summits. Although this meeting will have no bearing on the UN climate talks, the main idea is the world hears the voice of poor people, the most affected for the climate change. Bolivia is becoming more important in the fight for the climate change; proof of this is that it was one of seven countries who refused to sign up to the deal that emerged from Copenhagen.

Favourite Movie: "Braveheart"

Bravehearth is an epic/drama movie of 1995; winner of 5 academy awards. The film is about the history of William Wallace, a Scottish warrior who is famous for started the First War of Scottish Independence against the King Edward I of England also known as "Longshanks”.

I saw the film for first time when I was ten years old, 5 years after the realization of the film. Thanks to this film I interested in the historic process of many countries in the world, especially in the history of William Wallace and all the adventures that he lived for give freedom to his country.

I like the movie because is a beautiful history about, courage, love and freedom. Other reason because I like the movie is for the excellent historic adaptation of the age in which the film is set. And the final reason is the amazing performance of Mel Gibson, who is one of my favourite actors.

Braveheart is directed and produce by Mel Gibson, this movie is the second movie directed by him. Gibson made his directorial debut in 1993 with The Man Without a Face, but braveheart is the most successful movie in his career like director, because thank to this movie he win the academia award for Best Director. I think this movie is better than others because the history is beautiful and is directed the good way for Mel Gibson.

The earthquake of Chile!!

A big earthquake move the earth with a great force the early hours of the morning of February 27, waking up abruptly to he people of Chile. The earthquake had a intensity of 8.8 in the Richter Scale. That nigth i was sleeping in my house with my father in Paine, a town ubicated 30 kilometers to the south of Santiago. From i was a child my mother teachme not to scare in front of natural events, for this reason my reaction it was very calm. Just a get out of bed and i went with my father for live the earthquake together.

About Chile is a strong country, often hit many times for the nature in the history. Surely Chile will stand again with the solidarity of the chilean people, working together for a better future.

Favourite Place in Chile

From a few years ago Coquimbo is was becoming in the favourite place in chile for me and my family. Coquimbo is located in the IV region in the north of the country, Coquimbo is known for the beautiful beaches and the amazing Elqui Valley, famous for the pisco and the landscape, unic in the all country. Normally I go to the region any summer, with my family and my friends for enjoy the hospitality of the city.

Any years we go to the most amazing beach in the zone, called Totoralillo, perfect for swimming and practice bodyboard. Other great place is the La Herradura beach, known for its calm water, perfect for windsurf and swimming. Normaly I visit all this places, including the Avenida del Mar, famous the beautiful resorts. Is imposible not to visit the Elqui valley, land of Gabriela Mistral, one of the most famous chilean poet in the worl. The grave is located in her home town in Montegrande, obliged visit in the tour for the valley. However is a obligation visits the rustic town Pisco Elqui. In the nigth the party is started in the English Quarter, famous for the arquitecture and tradition of the place, perfect combination of fun an culture.
